Crowdfunding on a platform such as Indiegogo or Kickstarter offers numerous advantages to entrepreneurs looking for capital to launch their idea, but a successful campaign is not a given. In truth, crowdfunding is a lot of work and you really need to do your homework if you want it to go well for you.
Of course, busy entrepreneurs trying to get an idea off of the ground rarely have much free time to devote to due diligence. When I found myself completely overwhelmed by the crowdfunding process, a company called InventureX came to my rescue.
InventureX is not a crowdfunding platform but a marketing agency that has specialized in crowdfunding campaigns since 2012. Their campaigns have an industry-leading 86 percent success rate, so I could quickly determine that they were the experts I needed to launch my concept. Here is my full review of my experience with the company:
How I Got Started on My Crowdfunding Journey
Like most entrepreneurs, I knew that my idea could be a big success but needed some help getting the funds together to start it up. I tried a bank first, but they refused to give me the money I needed. Undeterred, I considered crowdfunding as an alternative means of raising startup capital.
I was facing about a hundred questions almost immediately. Which platform should I choose? How do I let people know what I’m doing? Are there any costs involved? I needed help, and soon stumbled across a company called InventureX that purported to provide exactly what I needed.
I Searched For InventureX Reviews
Reviews are one of the best ways to determine if working with a given company is right for you, so I soon sought out the experiences others have had with InventureX. One of the first InventureX reviews I found was on EntrepreneurshipInABox.com, which compiled other reviews in one place for easy reference. Their review saved me a lot of research time, making it very helpful even if it didn’t provide much unique information.
Next, I read a review on CoinReviews.io. If you didn’t know, that’s a cryptocurrency and blockchain news platform that tends to favor those technologies. Their “review” didn’t really concentrate on InventureX at all, instead listing some potential red flags you should look out for while choosing a marketing firm. My own research indicated that InventureX passed their test with flying colors, so I decided to move on.
Finally, I read a review on LocalMarketLaunch.com. Their review placed a strong emphasis on InventureX’s reputation in the industry, including their number one ranking and the fact that they have raised millions on behalf of satisfied clients in the past. With that, I was convinced and contacted the company to help with my own project.
InventureX Was a Lifesaver
The experts at InventureX immediately saw the value of my idea and suggested I use Indiegogo for my campaign. They also launched a massive social media marketing campaign on my behalf, an area that I’m honestly not that proficient in. With their help, I reached my target amount and then some. I’m now a true entrepreneur, and I could never have done it without InventureX. They were a real lifesaver!
